Artlantis Users on Windows: Do Not install the latest update for QuickTime (version 7.7.2) as Artlantis will stop working.If you already installed this update, don't panic! Follow these steps below to fix Artlantis.
- Uninstall QuickTime 7.7.2
- Delete the folder: C:/users/admin/AppData/LocalLow/Apple Computer
- Install an older version of QuickTime from the link below
